About
I build AI that ships in production, run the people-side of getting it adopted across a team, and teach the next generation of builders to do both. Here I write about AI hiring and recruiting from the inside, and where AI actually lands in the real world.
My day job is enterprise AI inside a large organization. The work is taking what lives in people's heads, the process someone spent years learning, and turning it into agents and pipelines that run in production and that other people depend on.
I also sit on the other side of the interview table. I have interviewed hundreds of engineers, and I have been in the room when the hire or no hire call got made.
This site is what those two seats let me see: AI hiring from the inside, AI adoption, and where AI actually lands inside a real organization. No hype and no manifestos. Only what I have watched happen.
One thing I keep running into, and most of what I write circles back to it: the bottleneck is almost never model capability. It is who owns the outcome when the system is wrong. I wrote that up as the AI-Native Capability Matrix.
